Wendy Perkins founded Colorado Luxe Living Real Estate in 2002. During her 20+ years as a real estate professional, Wendy has served thousands of clients across Colorado — from senior executives to professional athletes. Her enthusiastic approach and sincere passion for real estate seal the deal every time.
Colorado Luxe Living Real Estate offers the first-hand experience necessary to navigate luxury real estate transactions and manage properties. Serving a niche market, Colorado Luxe Living Real Estate helps clients match their lifestyles with select luxury properties. Wendy Perkins has called Denver her home since the late 1990s, where she opened her real estate firm early in her career. Real estate and private client services are her specialties.
